Three years into my career, I was burned out—like, didn't-want-to-get-out-of-bed burned out—crippled by anxiety and dread about clinic or the OR.

Now, I work clinically just 1.5 days a week and make the same income I did working four days a week (and this is only my physician salary, not my coaching salary)—without changing practices, moving, or uprooting my life. In 2023, I founded Envision Your Wellness, a coaching program for women in healthcare. Since then I have helped hundreds of clients go from surviving to thriving  in healthcare.

Working in healthcare is tough, and burnout is a real challenge. Studies have shown, 80% of burnout is caused by systemic factors in our healthcare system. With so many factors contributing to it, it can feel overwhelming—especially when 80% of those factors are out of our control.

But here's the good news: when you take charge of the 20% you can control, you can transform your career, health, well-being, and overall happiness.

I’ve been where you are. After experiencing burnout myself, I sought out coaching, learned effective tools and frameworks, and ultimately pivoted within medicine. Now, as a certified coach, I specialize in helping women in healthcare overcome burnout.

Above all I'm a mom of 2, a wife, a friend, a sister, a daughter (oh, and a retina specialist!).
